1. Collected Personal Information

Lucitella (hereinafter "Company") collects the following personal information to provide the service.

  • Email Address: Account registration and login
  • Device Identifier (Hash): To prevent abuse of the free trial. We only store an irreversible, SHA-256 hashed random value. We do not collect original hardware information. Reversing the hash to obtain the original device info is technically impossible.
  • Payment Information: Processed through our payment gateway (LemonSqueezy). The Company does not directly store sensitive information such as credit card numbers.

2. AI Integration Privacy Principle (Important)

Our service (LuciLink) prioritizes developer privacy. All data generated during AI perception functions (screen capture, log transmission, etc.) and AI auto-control (MCP) are transmitted directly between the user's local environment and the connected AI tool (Cursor, Claude, etc.) via Localhost TCP. No screen data, source code, or device logs are ever collected, stored, or transmitted to our (Lucitella) servers.

3. Purpose of Collection

  • User account management and authentication
  • Subscription payment and billing
  • Preventing free trial abuse (Device identifier)
  • Service improvement and customer support

4. Retention Period

Deleted immediately upon account cancellation. However, information requiring retention under relevant laws will be kept for the specified duration before deletion.

5. Third-Party Sharing

In principle, the Company does not provide personal information to third parties. Minimal info is provided to LemonSqueezy solely for payment processing.

6. Technical Safeguards

  • SHA-256 hashing for device IDs (originals discarded)
  • SSL/TLS encryption for all communications
  • Supabase Row Level Security configured
