Refund Policy

1. Free Trial Period

A 3-day free trial is provided upon initial registration. No charges will be made during the free trial period. If no purchase is made after the trial ends, no additional charges will apply.

2. Purchase Refunds

  • Within 7 days of purchase: A full refund is available if the service has not been used or was unavailable due to a service failure.
  • After 7 days of purchase: Refunds are not available for services already provided.
  • Service Discontinuation: If the service is discontinued due to company reasons, a refund will be processed.

3. Refund Process

  1. Send a refund request email to info@lucitella.com.
  2. Please include your registration email, purchase date, and reason for refund.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the request.
  4. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • If usage is suspended due to a violation of the Terms of Service
  • If more than 7 days have passed after normal service use
  • If service is unavailable due to the user's own fault
