Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set forth the conditions, procedures, rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Lucitella (hereinafter "Company") and users regarding the use of the LuciLink service (hereinafter "Service").

Article 2 (Service Contents)

The services provided by the Company include:

  • LuciLink: Android-PC bridge software (AI Auto-Control MCP, AI Pointing Vision Sync, real-time mirroring, 1-click drag & drop app deployment, etc.)
  • Other services additionally developed or provided through partnerships by the Company

Article 3 (Formation of Contract)

The usage contract is established when the user agrees to these terms and completes registration. The Company may restrict or suspend access to prevent fraudulent use.

Article 4 (Fees and Payment)

  • The premium (Pro) service fee is $19.99 (USD), which grants a lifetime license with a one-time payment.
  • All new users are provided with a 3-day free trial of Pro features.
  • Payments are securely processed through our global payment gateway (LemonSqueezy).
  • Fees may change subject to prior notice, but the lifetime license rights of existing customers who have already paid will be fully maintained.

Article 5 (License Maintenance and Refunds)

The Pro license granted after payment is permanent and requires no subscription renewal. Due to the nature of digital software, refunds are generally not possible once the license is activated and used. However, full refunds can be requested within 7 days of purchase if there is no usage history.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

  • Users must comply with relevant laws and the provisions of these Terms.
  • Unauthorized collection or theft of another person's personal info is strictly prohibited.
  • Actions that disrupt the normal operation of the service are not allowed.
  • One account per person is the rule; sharing or transferring accounts/licenses is prohibited.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

  • The Company is not liable for service unavailability due to force majeure events like natural disasters or system failures.
  • The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by the user's own fault or negligence.
  • The Company assumes no legal responsibility for AI malfunctions or unexpected device control results occurring during local AI tool integration.

Article 8 (Service Changes and Suspension)

The Company may change or suspend services, giving at least 30 days notice for significant changes. In the event of unavoidable permanent discontinuation, users who purchased within the last year may receive proportional compensation.
